Crew SMS Job Assignments & Schedule Updates
Introduction
Tatco and its affiliated companies (including FD Construction and Pier Companies) and uses SMS text messages to keep field employees informed about their job assignments and work schedules.
What we send
Job assignment details (job name, address, and start time)
Daily schedule updates and changes
Job-specific instructions, tasks, and reminders
Who receives these messages
Associates and crew members who provide a mobile phone number during onboarding or through our internal Crew Tracker system. Phone numbers are used solely for job-related communications and internal operations.
How consent is obtained
During hiring and onboarding, employees are asked to provide a mobile phone number for work communications. By providing a mobile number and accepting employment, employees consent to receive job assignment notifications, schedule updates, and related job communications via SMS. This consent is documented in our employee records and may also be reflected in employment agreements and internal policies.

When employees provide a mobile phone number on Tatco onboarding forms or in our internal Crew Tracker system, they see the following disclosure:
By providing your mobile phone number and signing this form, you agree to receive job assignment notifications and work schedule updates from Tatco via SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your work schedule. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
Providing a mobile number for SMS updates is optional and is not required to complete hiring for other purposes.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message, or
Contact your supervisor, or
Request removal of your phone number from your Crew Tracker profile.
After opting out, you will stop receiving job assignment and schedule messages by SMS. You may still receive job information through other internal channels (for example, calls from your supervisor).
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies based on job activity and schedule changes. Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
